Medtronic Lawsuit

Donald Larry Jackson filed suit earlier this month against Medtronic with a unique claim. He says that Medtronic’s faulty Sprint Fidelis Leads, already the target of many lawsuits, were responsible for giving him post-traumatic stress disorder and forced him to seek psychiatric care.

Earlier this month, Medtronic showcased its new $95 million facility in Mounds View, MN, which will house the headquarters of its cardiac rhythm disease management wing.
