All Federal Lawsuits Transferred to Minnesota

The Judicial Panel on Multi-District Litigation ordered all suits filed in federal courts againt Medtronic to be transferred to the Minnesota district courts.
The suits that are most commonly transferred to Minnesota are cases against the company concerning the recall and defectiveness of the Medtronic Sprint Fidelis leads commonly used in their implantable defibrillators.

Medtronic Spent $1.7 Million on Lobbying
